The Rhythm of the Earth Studio is a quiet and tranquil setting. Allison's style is traditional Hatha with a deep influence of connection with breath, movement and feeling the flow of energy allowing self healing and expanded awareness of inner peace.
Rhythm of the Earth Studio will offer one free class per week and discounted private sessions to AH members.
