Nicole is a Natural Health Practitioner whose passion is to offer the healing options of various Natural Therapies to her community.  Services include;

• Yoga Classes as a Registered Yoga Teacher with the International Yoga Teachers Association
• Naturopathic Consults as a Registered Naturopath
• Soft Tissue Therapy as a Qualified Bowen Therapist

 Karma Place is a tranquil boutique studio where Nicole offers her Yoga classes. 

The classes accommodate a maximum of 8 students so that the atmosphere of a supportive group is generated, yet Nicole is still able to provide individual care where appropriate.  Yoga classes and Naturopathic Consults are eligible for Private Health Refunds.  Classes consist of 1 hour of Yoga, incorporating asanas and pranayama, and concludes with 15 minutes of relaxation.

Nicole will offer the Wednesday 10:30am class free to AH members. Other class times are available at a discounted rate of $10.00 per person.

Please be aware that due to the limited size of the studio, bookings are essential.
