Bikram Yoga is a demanding series of 26-postures (asana) and two breathing exercises (pranayamas) completed in an order specifically designed to provide optimal health.
Classes are 90 minutes long and are conducted in a room intentionally heated to 37 degrees celcius to warm up the whole body, allowing you to work deep into your muscles, tendons and ligaments to change/regenerate your body from the inside out.
Bikram Yoga will offer one free class per week to AH members.
